On 06.09.2022, the INSIDE 2022 conference took place in Budspest, where we participated in one of the roundtable discussions.

The topic of the roundtable was.

The issues involved are:

1. If management decides to exploit the opportunities offered by AI, or more correctly: business challenges push or force management in a direction to start exploiting AI, in which chapter or chapters of its business strategy will we look for a mention of AI?
2. "According to Deloitte's Global Human Capital Trends survey, while 72% of companies consider AI important, only 31% feel ready to adopt it." Once it's decided that without AI, the company is not worth the next year, how do we get to work on creating solutions and systems that harness AI capabilities? Should we buy, develop and deploy ourselves? Can we go forward with our processes disorganised? Do we even need to be AI-ready? If we were tasked with auditing whether the company is AI ready, what questions would we be looking for answers to?
3. What should we expect from AI? And what not to expect? Is it a miracle or one option among many?
